Thanksgiving

It is a beautiful Sunday of Thanksgiving holiday with about 4 inches of fresh snow blanketing Illinois. A perfect day to squirrel away in my studio downstairs. I am working on new watercolors based on my visiting professorship in Greece from my 2006-2007 sabbatical. I am excited to begin these new themes, folding them into my major body of work-the My Ostraka Series.

At the same time, I have watercolors and large paintings on canvas that have been at various stages of completion, so there is more art work to touch with brush than hours in the day. I hope you have had a loving Thanksgiving holiday. Cynthia
